RG Financial Services Ltd. (Phils.), Inc. (RGFS) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Velvia Group Limited, a BVI-incorporated entity with offices in Hongkong. Established in 2001, RGFS is comprised of professionals from the banking industry and international investment banks.

Initially, RGFS was incorporated as a shared services company providing back and middle office support to the growing fund management operations of the RG Group of Companies. It has eventually evolved as an outsourcing provider of financial business processes.

RGFS focuses on providing customized and comprehensive administrative services to traditional mutual funds, alternative investment funds, employee benefit plans and loan programs. This includes fund accounting, participant record-keeping, participant/employer reporting, loan administration, benefit distribution processing, plan design and other back office support. It delivers these professional financial administrative services in accordance to the very demanding level of service needed by our global and domestic financial institutional client base through the extensive use of technologically advanced systems.
